Our company is young but it was founded on many years of experience of experts in the field of production of pasta and engineers specializing in manufacturing ceramic elements using precision high pressureinjection moulding.
This combination of knowledge and experience in various areas allowed us to create innovative products – ceramic inserts for pasta extrusion. They are characterised by high quality performance and durability, which is several times higher than the durability of traditional inserts made of bronze or Teflon.
Modern equipment resources (injection moulding machine, CNC centres) and a qualified team of engineers working on the latest CAD 3D software guarantee high quality and production reproducibility to meet the individual demands of our customers.
The elements of our inserts which are most prone to wear are made of ceramics, which, similar to bronze, gives rough structure so desired by pasta connoisseurs. They are also several times more resistant to abrasion.
We can make virtually all shapes of inserts for you and we will adapt them to your dies. At the same time, we guarantee that our products will be at least three times more durable than any other inserts available on the market and we are still working on improving their durability.
All new inserts are tested on a professional press that allows us to verify the final results.
